Undeserving

Countless times this week God has granted me grace. Every time I did NOT deserve it.

I would wait until the last minute to study for a quiz but God would make a way for me to have extra time to study (which saved me-TWICE).

He's just been so on my heart; finally.

I feel like I'm actually starting to act on the knowledge of His grace. I feel like I'm actually starting to live in His love-letting it effect my actions, decisions, and thoughts.

I'm a stresser...but God has been working on me about that. He's been teaching me to let Him control things. Thank goodness because I can really mess things up.

Psalm 148

¹ Praise ¹the Lord!

Praise the Lord from the heavens;

Praise Him in the heights!

² Praise Him, all His angels;

Praise Him, all His hosts!

³ Praise Him, sun and moon;

Praise Him, all you stars of light!

⁴ Praise Him, ^ayou heavens of heavens,

And ^byou waters above the heavens!

⁵ Let them praise the name of the Lord,

For ^cHe commanded and they were created.

⁶ ^dHe also established them forever and ever;

He made a decree which shall not pass away.

⁷ Praise the Lord from the earth,

^eYou great sea creatures and all the depths;

⁸ Fire and hail, snow and clouds;

Stormy wind, fulfilling His word;

⁹ ^fMountains and all hills;

Fruitful trees and all cedars;

¹⁰ Beasts and all cattle;

Creeping things and flying fowl;

¹¹ Kings of the earth and all peoples;

Princes and all judges of the earth;

¹² Both young men and maidens;

Old men and children.

¹³ Let them praise the name of the Lord,

For His ^gname alone is exalted;

His glory is above the earth and heaven.

¹⁴ And He ^hhas exalted the ²horn of His people,

The praise of ⁱall His saints—

Of the children of Israel,

^jA people near to Him.

PSALM 149

¹ Praise ¹the Lord!

^aSing to the Lord a new song,

And His praise in the assembly of saints.

² Let Israel rejoice in their Maker;

Let the children of Zion be joyful in their ^bKing.

³ ^cLet them praise His name with the dance;

Let them sing praises to Him with the timbrel and harp.

⁴ For ^dthe Lord takes pleasure in His people;

^eHe will beautify the ²humble with salvation.

⁵ Let the saints be joyful in glory;

Let them ^fsing aloud on their beds.

⁶ Let the high praises of God be in their mouth,

And ^ga two-edged sword in their hand,

⁷ To execute vengeance on the nations,

And punishments on the peoples;

⁸ To bind their kings with chains,

And their nobles with fetters of iron;

⁹ ^hTo execute on them the written judgment—

ⁱThis honor have all His saints.

Praise God in His sanctuary;

Praise Him in His mighty ²firmament!

² Praise Him for His mighty acts;

Praise Him according to His excellent ^bgreatness!

³ Praise Him with the sound of the ³trumpet;

Praise Him with the lute and harp!

⁴ Praise Him with the timbrel and dance;

Praise Him with stringed instruments and flutes!

⁵ Praise Him with loud cymbals;

Praise Him with clashing cymbals!

⁶ Let everything that has breath praise the Lord.
